C.C. Edwards – President

​C.C. Edwards has 30 years of experience in the Civil Construction Industry. As the founder of C.C. Edwards Construction Inc., he has been active with all facets of the company’s operations. Working in the field, CC learned the importance of TEAM and the significance of the most valuable resource, the employees.
C.C. is currently active in the administrative aspects of the company; overseeing the Contract departments, Financial, Equipment, and Human Resources, along with Long range planning to ensure the future success of the Company and all of it's valued employees.

Shane Kitchen – Division Manager North

​Shane Kitchen joined C.C. Edwards Construction in 1999 , Shane oversees the Divisional Operations for the North Division. Shane is active in all aspects of the project; he oversees the estimating and daily operations of project management to ensure success for our clients and employees.
Shane started in the field as an apprentice laborer, took positions as pipe layer, equipment operator and then became a project Foremen. Shane moved into project management before taking the role of Division Manager- North.

Dan Clarke – Equipment Manager

​Dan Clarke joined C.C. Edwards Construction in 2001, Dan oversees the equipment fleet purchasing and maintenance operations. Dan oversees all aspects of the company’s equipment utilization, maintenance and repairs.
Dan started as a field mechanic and with his strong knowledge of equipment repair, moved into the Equipment Manager position. 

Margaret Barkley – Controller

​Margaret joined C.C. Edwards Construction in 2006, Margaret oversees the financial aspects of the company’s on-going activities. Margaret oversees the companies project reporting, accounts payable and receivables. 

Carol Belshaw – Human Resources- Office Manager

​Carol Belshaw joined C.C. Edwards Construction in 2000, Carol oversees the Human Resources department from payroll, medical, dental and 401K administration. Carol also handles all of the office management.

​Kristina Edwards – Marketing & Events Manager

Kristina Edwards has over 10 years of real-life, practical experience creating, planning, executing, promoting, and managing events! She has a diverse background with non-profits, fundraising events, marketing, and all-size event planning. Kristina plans all annual and bi-annual company events, organizes monthly team building activities, manager gatherings, and is responsible for the ordering and ingenuity of C.C. Edwards Construction’s LOGO wear.
Kristina’s passion is to ensure a good time had by all, while creating a new experience each and every time.
